As part of the urban tree planting and expansion program, Trevelin has reinforced its commitment to the environment and the creation of green spaces. During May, June, and July, 150 trees were distributed among the town’s residents, and additional plantings were carried out in various areas of the urban center, reaching an approximate total of 250 trees planted.

The areas benefiting from this initiative include iconic streets and locations such as Fontana Street, Gaviota Capuchino, Antártida Argentina, Apiwan Park, and Beatriz Williams, as well as Ian Chavero Park, among other places. These initiatives not only promote a greener and healthier environment but also enhance the well-being and quality of life of residents.

Trevelin, known for its commitment to sustainability and natural beauty, continues to work towards beautifying and improving its public spaces. These urban tree-planting actions are a clear example of the ongoing effort to create a more welcoming and environmentally-friendly atmosphere that both residents and visitors can enjoy.
